Delicious ice cream and now also practical with Corona, because I don't even have to go in to buy ice cream.

Nice interior. Ice cream was good. Prices normal. So everything is ok.

The ice cream was sandy and fluffy in taste, and the portion was very good. So price-performance ratio was great.

We waited 25 minutes for a waffle while everyone else at our table already had their dishes. When the waffle came it was served quickly from behind. Really rude. In general, the service was poor, it seemed disorganized and there were waiting times. In my opinion, the employees also lack soft skills, because you could have stood for 10 seconds with regard to the waffle and apologized or said "we made the dough fresh for you". All points that fall back on the manager. Basically, the ice cream was delicious and creamy. All desserts are extremely sweet. The range of different dishes is extraordinarily diverse and very appealing. There are donut creations, waffles, cakes, ice cream and and and. Still only 2 stars because I considered the stay in its entirety, found the service poor and disorganized, my companions were dissatisfied with the service and the ice cream was too sweet.

Delicious ice cream flavors and cups at moderate prices, but the portions should be comparatively slightly larger. Otherwise it has a nice atmosphere and the service staff is friendly

Impossible iced coffee, never again! To be recommended neither as a customer nor as an employee. Staff is unfriendly and disorganized. I got my wages in cash, although 70 € are missing to this day. In addition, the boss tipped his employees' tips into his own pocket. Absolutely not to be recommended!

If the ambience by the lake wasn't so nice and the ice cream didn't taste so delicious, you would have to give it “0 stars”. But at least the 2 stars save on both points mentioned above. In addition, the waiters went to our table several times, on which empty glasses and bowls stood by and it was not cleared. Let alone asked if you would like something to drink. Finally, my ice cream was served in a bowl that had 2 thick, sharp-edged quirks. It's good that no child got this bowl. Something like that should be sorted out and immediately. Unfortunately, I cannot give a better rating for this, but I am willing to increase it if something changes.

Waiting time to be served is far too long. Once again, spoils the actually delicious ice cream. But also disappointed: a fruit cup was served with rice pudding! That didn't fit. Conclusion: The fun you want while eating ice cream is spoiled and it's too expensive for that ... I am not going there anymore and I cannot recommend it! Maybe just an ice cream to take away ...

The place is nice but the service is really bad. We waited there for a long time and the waiter didn't even bother coming. Then we just left and he didn't wven say anything when we passed past him. We were so disappointed

Goods that were announced in the brochure were not received in the store because they have not yet arrived in the store. Nobody can be reached by phone in Hürth either, there is only one answering machine that says all lines are busy. They should work better and not be on the phone all the time

Impossible ice cream parlor! It takes forever until you get the card, until you can order it again and the wait runs through the whole visit! Hygiene rules are also not adhered to. And since the ice cream doesn't even taste good (the fruit bowl consisted mainly of mushy melon) we won't come anymore !!!

I went here to eat ice cream with my mother. First we waited 20 minutes until we were served, then another quarter of an hour until the order was brought, the gentleman who brought the ice, threw it on the table, his mouth, nose protection, he wore under his chin. To make matters worse, my mother got the wrong ice cream, so order back. I had already eaten my ice cream and my mother was still waiting. The same gentleman cleared my plate under my chin with mouth and nose protection. I give a star because I have to give it.

When I am at the Phönixsee I always sit there to enjoy a hot drink because you have a beautiful view of the lake. Would not be the beautiful view, I would not recommend it ... It is very badly organized, when it is full you have to wait at least 20 minutes for someone to take the order, then again at least 10 minutes until the ordered items are at the table , then you should also pay directly, otherwise you have to wait a long time again. The taste of the ice cream is unfortunately at the supermarket level. A star for the view and a star for the friendly staff.

Unfortunately the staff was totally overwhelmed. It took forever for the boss to appear in person to take the orders. WITHOUT face mask !!! He stood at various tables for several minutes and apologized for the new staff who still need to be trained. We had an orange juice with vanilla ice cream. Nothing special.

The waiters do not know how to serve: as if they were on the job for the first time...

Fantastic gelateria next to the lake.Nice prices very friendly personnel and very nice dishes and coffee.Every coffee is coming with a tiny beatiful cone ice cream.I would surely recommend it for a nice break.This place is perfect for a walk on the shine.

Good ice cream with fair prices and a good view. Coffee is good to. Edit had to drop Two stars. The ice is still good and prices are fine. But the service is bad 30 minutes waiting times and another 20 if you want to play. The service is slow to take your order but once they do youll get it in 5 min. Once they train their staff and teach them some manners it will be a must go. At this point plan in a hour from start to finish. And some mediocre to atrocious service.

Nice staff, nice atmosphere, the Phoenixsee in front of the window. For the, breakfast 6,90 € and it was plentiful on the table. Can not say anything negative.

This is the most beautiful ice cream place I have ever been. Took spaghetti ice on a waffle. Loved it. Super sympathetic owner.

Tasty ice cream right next to the Phoenix lake - the Snickers one was delicious! Scoops are pretty small but with 1,20€ not too expensive, especially for such a location.
